PFA Paediatric First Aid
Welund's Paediatric First Aid course is designed for those who need or want to develop their skills and confidence in providing first aid to children or infants. The course is provided at two levels:

Level 2
This course is over one day and has an abridged content which may suit parents and families with young children or those who do not require the full Level 3 qualification.

Level 3
This qualification is designed for those who may be required to administer first aid to children and infants as part of their professional or voluntary role. For child carers, the course meets the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Register requirements and partly fulfils the legal obligations under the statutory framework for the Early Year’s Foundation Stage issued by the Department for Education and Skills.

Level 2 is ideal for family with children and those who wish to gain paediatric first aid training but are not required to earn the Level 3 qualification. Level 3 is ideal for those involved in working with children in a professional or voluntary capacity.
